Hepatitis B Requirements
First-time enrollees aged 18 or under are required to present proof of immunity to HepB during their first semester. Requirements may be satisfied by providing proof of three hepatitis B immunizations or a blood test (titer) showing immunity.
Three doses are required over a 4-6 month period. You must provide proof of immunity or begin the vaccine series prior to the registration deadline of your second semester or you will not be able to register. The series must be completed prior to the registration deadline of your third semester or you will not be able to register.
